DGT 300+ is the most attractive turn-key solution on the market for closed-loop and /or open loop applications. Used in tension control solutions for winding, unwinding, and intermediate tension control, the DGT 300+ controller is also compatible with demanding torque control solution for test benches.
Fully configurable from the HMI or through a dedicated PC software and even by TCP/IP communication with machine PLC, DGT 300+ offers all the specialized functions required for precise and repeatable tension control.
DGT 300+ accepts all types of direct inputs from force (load cells), diameter (laser, ultrasonic sensors), or dancer position (potentiometer).
